Percy the Perch: The Fish Who Made Waves with His Jokes!
Once upon a time in the shimmering, sunlit waters of Lake Giggleville, there lived a boastful Perch named Percy. Percy was not your ordinary Perch; he had dreams of becoming the most famous fish in the lake. But, alas, Percy had one tiny problem—he couldn't stop telling the most ridiculous jokes that made everyone roll their eyes but laugh uncontrollably at the same time.
One sunny day, Percy decided he would hold the very first Perch Comedy Festival under the lily pads. Fish from all over the lake flocked to witness Percy’s punchlines.
The snail, who was known for his slow wit, took the stage first. "What did the fish say when it ran into a wall? Dam!" The crowd groaned, and Percy laughed the loudest.
Next was Greta, the goldenfish, who told a tale about a catfish who fell in love with a crab. "Why didn’t the crab want to go to the party? Because he felt a little shellfish!" The crowd chuckled, but Percy could hardly breathe from giggling.
Finally, it was Percy’s turn. With a flourish of his fins, he swam to the center of the bubble ring stage and declared, "Why do fish always know how much they weigh? Because they have their own scales!"
The lake erupted in laughter so loud that the frogs on the shore nearly jumped out of their skins! Even a passing heron couldn’t help but chuckle as it swooped by.
From that fateful day on, Percy was not just known as a fish; he became a legend—a comedian who taught everyone that laughter is the best treasure one can find in the depths of the water. The lake was never the same again, filled with joy and fishy jokes, all thanks to one joyful Perch who simply wanted to make friends laugh.
